Ordering and delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
*Elke bestelling die je op werkdagen voor 23:00 plaatst wordt op dezelfde dag nog verzonden. Zondag voor 15:00 besteld, wordt die dag nog verzonden.
- The expected delivery time of a package sent within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 business days. 96% are delivered the next day.
- The expected delivery time of a package sent to Germany and Belgium is 2 to 3 business days.
- We deliver worldwide. The webshop automatically calculates shipping costs based on total weight.
- We do not deliver on Sunday, but we do deliver on Monday.
- Het is mogelijk om een specifieke leverdag te kiezen in de check-out.
Levertijden en de keuze van een leverdag zijn geen garantie. Er kunnen altijd vertragingen ontstaan bij vervoerders, zeker internationaal.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Netherlands
- For orders under €40, delivery costs (within the Netherlands) are €4.95.
Belgium / Germany
- For orders under €40 for Belgium and Germany, delivery costs are €4.95.
Europe / Worldwide
- If you want your order delivered to a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, select Europe or Worldwide. The shop will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of your order.
Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately it is currently not possible to pick up your order. Of course, you are welcome to visit one of our stores.
Large business purchases can be picked up by appointment. Contact us by emailing [email protected].
Can I also have you deliver my order wrapped?
We pack all orders containing a gift box for you by default.
Can I have the package sent to an address other than my own?
You can specify in the ordering process to which address you want to receive your order.
Can I also order on account?
Every business order larger than €100 can use the "invoice via Billink" payment option.
You order your products through our webshop as usual and choose Billink as your payment method. After a few days you will receive the invoice via Billink by e-mail. You can always find the current amount in the Billink app. You have standard 14 days to pay.

Should I consider a minimum order in my order?
We apply a minimum order of €10, including shipping. Shipping of your order is free from €40,-.
Do your products fit through the mailbox?
Helaas passen onze pepernoten producten niet door de brievenbus. Zelfs het allerkleinste zakje van 200 gram Naturel Kruidnoten past niet.
Our chocolate products, including chocolates, do fit in the mailbox. Want to order this for business? If so, please contact us at [email protected].

In what ways can I checkout my order?
Payment of your order through our webshop is possible through Ideal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, VISA, bank transfer, PayPal, Billink, Klarna Back Payment, VVV gift card, Winkelcheque, Sofort Banking and Mister Coin.

Can I also reach the stores by phone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to call any of our stores directly. This is because they do not have a direct phone number.
However, we can put you in touch with a store. You can use the Whatsapp icon at the bottom right of your screen to do so.

Allergens and Dietary Information
Do you also sell sugar-free Peppernuts?
We have tried this several times in recent years. To date, we are not yet satisfied with the end result, which is why we do not yet have any peppernut products with less or no sugar in our assortment.
Do you also sell gluten- and/or lactose-free Peppernuts?
Wij verkopen gluten- en lactosevrije pepernoten. De naturel variant is zowel gluten- als lactosevrij. De chocolade variant is alleen glutenvrij.

Kan ik grote zakelijke bestellingen op rekening betalen?
Ja, dat kan. Je kunt altijd kiezen voor de betaaloptie factuur via Billink. Je ontvangt de factuur enkele dagen na je bestelling per e-mail en hebt standaard 14 dagen de tijd om te betalen.

Kan ik mijn zakelijke bestelling laten bezorgen op meerdere adressen?
Ja, tijdens het bestelproces kun je aangeven op welk adres je bestelling moet worden geleverd. Dit maakt het eenvoudig om pakketten direct naar klanten, relaties of medewerkers te versturen. Om dit proces nog makkelijker te maken, hebben wij hiervoor een template beschikbaar. Deze kun je hier downloaden.
Kan ik mijn bestelling op een specifieke datum laten bezorgen?
Ja, tijdens het bestelproces kun je een gewenste leverdag selecteren. Houd er wel rekening mee dat dit een voorkeur is en geen garantie.
Wij zijn afhankelijk van de vervoerder en adviseren om bij belangrijke levermomenten ruim van tevoren te bestellen.
Wat gebeurt er als mijn bestelling vertraging oploopt?
Wij doen er alles aan om je bestelling op tijd te leveren. Houd er echter rekening mee dat levertijden en de keuze van een leverdag geen garantie zijn. Er kunnen altijd vertragingen ontstaan bij vervoerders, zeker bij internationale zendingen.
Tijdens de feestmaanden is het bovendien extra druk bij de bezorgdiensten, waardoor bestellingen soms langer onderweg kunnen zijn dan normaal.
